The studio
Small by design.
One person writes the software. That is the entire org chart, and it is deliberate.
Most software work is done by people too far from the problem. What comes back is a project plan, a status call, and a build that satisfies the document rather than the work.
You are not buying a team. You are buying the person who does the work.
What that means in practice
- One person, start to finish. Whoever scopes it is whoever writes it.
- Scoped in writing, priced up front. A defined deliverable and a finish line you can point at.
- You keep everything. Code, documentation, deploy access. It runs on your accounts.
- Handover is part of the build. No subscription, no dependency on the studio.
What walks away
Staff augmentation, support contracts, work that needs a team of five, and anything where the honest answer is to buy an existing product instead.
Where
Based in Florida, working across the US. Remote by default, with travel when a build needs someone next to the hardware.
Start with the gap.
Describe what should exist. You will get an honest answer about whether it can be built.
